VACANCY FOR A COUNCILLOR

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972, that there is a vacancy on the above Council caused by the resignation of Simon Cieluch.

A by-election to fill the vacancy will be held if, within 14 days (not counting a Saturday or Sunday, or a Bank Holiday) from the date below, ten electors for the ward/ parish give notice in writing claiming such an election to the Returning Officer.
