The Development Control Committee Agendas have been published in relation to the above committee items.

Following the publication of the agenda,matters relating to material considerations have come to light, relating to both matters on the agenda, that require further consideration prior to determination of the application.

Once an agenda has been published the meeting must still take place. However, members will be advised that neither of the planning applications on the agenda can be considered by the Committee. Consequently members will be requested to defer consideration of these items to a later meeting. You will be informed when these items are to be considered closer to the time.”

This means that members of the public can still attend the meeting on 7th October, but the items will not be introduced and there will be no option to speak.

respect to the issues, the Committee reports will be updated to address the outstanding issues once these have been properly addressed.
